These Villas are located on Royle Village, Kanchanaburi, Thailand. Not far from the Famous River Kwai.
Maintenance fees are presently 10,000 Thai Baht per year.

Very nice website! Is the owner offering any kind of financing? What kind of revenue has the resort seen in the past?

Developer funded financing is avaliable. And in relation to previous revenue seen in the past- The Resort is very new only a few years old. These last 3 bed villas are available at this low, low price of $34,997 (US) and have previously been sold for as much as $72,000 (US)
